This position involves mobile repair and maintenance of agricultural and construction equipment, with a focus on quality diagnostics, efficiency, and customer service.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Perform mobile repair and general maintenance on agricultural and construction equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently using proper troubleshooting methods.</li><li>Utilize electronic service tools and manufacturer resources.</li><li>Complete and submit accurate work orders in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized service truck and assist in shop cleanliness.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer needs and handle service concerns professionally.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience in a like trade.</li><li>Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.</li><li>Good eyesight (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing for diagnostics.</li><li>Must pass pre-employment drug screening.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Experience with agricultural or construction equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools and systems.</li><li>Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Work Expectations:</strong></div><ul><li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies.</li><li>Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.</li><li>Participate in weekly reviews of service trends, comebacks, and updates.</li><li>Continue developing technical knowledge through training.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Pay & Benefits:</strong></div><ul><li>Company-provided service truck with fully equipped service body.</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3).</li><li>Company-paid training and advancement opportunities.</li><li>Health insurance and retirement plans.</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays.</li><li>Attendance bonus PTO program.</li><li>Uniform allowance.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Apply Today<br/></strong>Join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and quality service.
