You will lead the discovery, prototyping, and scaling of Voice AI solutions aimed at automating front-end customer interactions, driving meaningful containment, and improving the overall consumer experience across our International and Call Center verticals. • Drive Voice AI Vision & Strategy: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Voice AI initiatives, moving beyond rigid IVR systems to fluid, agentic conversational experiences that drive containment rates and significant cost savings.
The role will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), line of business presidents, and functional leaders (IT, Data, Cybersecurity, Legal, HR, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams) to align strategy, remove barriers, and scale solutions across regions. Enterprise Execution & Cross Functional Orchestration Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across IT, data, digital platforms, business units, and external partners-creating shared plans, clear ownership, and fast decisions.
You will bridge real operational IT needs-identity, infrastructure, service management, onboarding, incident response-with modern AI patterns, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and self‑service automation. Within IT Operations & Engineering, our mission is to modernize how IT services are delivered-reducing friction, accelerating resolution, and empowering employees through automation, self‑service, and intelligent systems.
Work closely with our AI platform team and line of business engineering teams to integrate AI components and models into WEX systems.
