RESPONSIBILITIES facilitate discovery sessions and document FAA workflow requirements; translate acquisition processes and user needs into configuration requirements; coordinate workflow, role, permission, template, and notification decisions; identify and organize approved templates and pilot materials; coordinate user identification, onboarding, and access requests; support user-acceptance activities and operational-readiness reviews; coordinate demonstrations, training sessions, and user guidance; maintain and prioritize the functional issue and enhancement backlog; triage user questions and coordinate technical issues with the technology partner; monitor implementation risks, dependencies, and decisions; support adoption of the configured workflows; collect performance information and user feedback; and.
