Provide legal counsel and support cross-functional implementation of the enterprise AI governance framework, including model inventory, lifecycle controls, human oversight protocols, data retention, disclosures, training, and incident response workflows - both for internal AI use and for AI use with external facing healthcare products and services. As Counsel, Tech, AI, and IP for Verily, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic commercial transactions, leading all aspects of IP risks and strategies, providing day-to-day legal and compliance support for the cross-functional design, development, deployment, and ongoing oversight of AI systems across the enterprise.
