Beloit, Wisconsin Beloit Auction & Realty is one of the Midwest’s leading auction companies specializing in personal property, real estate, industrial equipment, firearms, vehicles, and estate liquidation. For more than 55 years, we have served clients throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and nationwide. We are currently constructing a new 55,000-square-foot auction and logistics facility in Beloit, which will significantly expand our auction operations and marketing reach. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & AI Content Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help expand our bidder base while attracting new consignors nationwide. <h1>Position Overview</h1> The Digital Marketing & AI Content Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote our auctions, increase bidder participation, and generate new consignment opportunities. This role combines digital marketing strategy, content creation, analytics, and AI-assisted marketing tools to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, data-driven, and comfortable using modern marketing tools to produce high-quality content efficiently. Because auction marketing is closely tied to the inventory and auction preparation process, this role requires regular on-site involvement to collaborate with staff, identify standout items to promote, and capture real-time marketing content. This position is primarily on-site at our Beloit facility, with occasional travel to off-site auction locations. This is not a remote position. Remote-only applicants will not be considered. <h1>Key Responsibilities</h1> Auction Marketing • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for weekly and specialty auctions • Create and schedule social media posts promoting auction items and upcoming sales • Develop and manage email campaigns targeting our bidder database • Write advertising copy for social media and search advertising Content Creation • Create engaging content including: ·         social media posts ·         email newsletters ·         auction promotional material ·         video scripts • Assist with photography, video, and promotional content highlighting auction inventory AI-Assisted Marketing • Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation and marketing automation • Develop prompt workflows for generating auction listings and marketing materials • Help implement systems that allow marketing efforts to scale efficiently Digital Advertising • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as: ·         Facebook / Instagram ·         Google Ads ·         YouTube Analytics & Optimization • Monitor marketing performance and adjust campaigns based on data • Track metrics including engagement, website traffic, and bidder registrations <h1>Required Qualifications</h1> Previous experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content creation is required. Candidates should have: • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management • Strong writing and storytelling skills • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other content creation platforms • Experience with Facebook Ads, Facebook Groups, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms • Ability to manage multiple projects and marketing campaigns simultaneously Preferred (but not required) • Video editing experience • Graphic design skills • Experience marketing auctions, real estate, equipment, or e-commerce <h1>What Makes This Role Unique</h1> This is not a typical marketing position.
