REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma graduate from an area vocational technical institute in commercial building maintenance or five (5) years' experience in commercial building maintenance in facilities with at least 20,000 square feet, and with the completion of vocational technical training of at least one (1) course in each of the following areas: mechanical maintenance, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and cooling systems (HVAC). The Building Engineer II position is responsible for maintaining the general condition, operation, and appearance of HealthPartners/GHI property (buildings, grounds, parking lots) including basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and painting work.
