2. Fosters and maintains a collaborative relationship with OneLegacy leadership, key business partners (processors, transplant centers, hospitals, outside industry agencies, etc.); and ensures that policies and procedures are consistently maintained.• The RMHP oversees donation development initiatives to include special projects, staff training and information systems for tracking and reporting; as well as, quality improvement, policies and procedures creation and revisions, and OneLegacy’s hospital development activities.
