Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility: Implement processes for controlling aircraft maintenance records and follow-on communications with the customer’s maintenance departments Implement daily communications processes with internal and external customers, to include accurate aircraft maintenance status, delays in services, and other maintenance issues Coordinate with other Client departments when necessary to resolve IFEC system discrepancies Review and validate technical data instructions for accuracy Interprets and understands warranty issues and claims pertaining to workmanship and quality Performs system operational checks and troubleshooting in support of Client IFEC systems Ensures customer logbook discrepancies pertaining to Client IFEC Systems are resolved in a timely manner Will provide Client Customers support to carry out and uphold their Company policies and procedures when not in conflict with Client policy Liaisons with the customer and/or their provider for all technical requirements of the Client IFEC systems. Ability to work unsupervised to meet goals and expectations Must work closely and respectfully with internal and external customer Plans and carries out work assignments and address issues in accordance with Client RSQM/GMM and Client policy and procedures as well as applicable Customer instructions, policies, training, or accepted practices in the occupation Consults with Team leader on unique situations which do not have clear precedents Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language High School Diploma or General Education Diploma equivalent required Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe Certificate or equivalent required or in the process of acquiring certificates with proof within 18 months Five (5) or more years of aviation maintenance industry experience or at least two (2) years of Client IFEC experience.
