Responsible for daily airfield maintenance and operations activities which include, but are not limited to building/structural repairs and maintenance, grass cutting, pavement patching, airfield, weed control, minor vehicle/equipment repair and servicing, fence repair, snow and ice control operations, monitor runway conditions and other activities appropriate with climatic conditions, to include any other activities or duties that may be required and directed under any Federal Aviation Regulations. Responsible for daily maintenance of the Airport Terminal Building by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, waxing floors, cleaning restrooms, washing windows and walls, emptying trash, changing light bulbs, policing the grounds, shoveling snow and cutting grass around the terminal building, assisting general public as needed, and any other minor maintenance or custodial duties as required .
