Coordinates project integration with Quality Improvement, Pharmacy, and Risk Management to ensure timely completion of reports, identifying data sources and collection of data for established patient safety quality measures, assisting with data analysis, documenting and tracking data specifications, and facilitating meetings. The Patient Safety Analyst is responsible for developing and executing patient safety improvement strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assess current processes, identifying potential opportunities for error, and recommending evidence-based interventions.
