Responsibilities:
The Support Analyst is accountable to provide first and second tier level support to end-users, including but not limited to; desktop/virtual desktop environments, enterprise mobile devices, business and enterprise applications, and phone system. Responsible for managing the incident lifecycle as assigned.  Responsibilities include working directly with end users, documenting incident workflow and resolution, incident queue assignment and escalation. Responsible for service catalog request fulfillment as assigned, tracking and monitoring assigned requests and incidents to ensure service standards are met. 

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>AA degree in technical field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>3 Years technical support experience</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Multi-level technical skills and analytical ability</li><li>Experience with an ITSM tool </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Health care industry experience</li></ul>

This role includes leading, supervising, and supporting a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure successful delivery of treatment and ongoing patient progress. Timely creation of reports, including progress reports, Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and assessments with support from the Assistant Director.

Overview: The Behavior Analyst is responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for patients. This role includes leading, supervising, and supporting a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure successful delivery of treatment and ongoing patient progress. What you will be doing:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.</li><li>Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans and their implementation.</li><li>Conduct regular supervision of patients within your caseload via in-person sessions or telehealth, as clinically recommended.</li><li>Communicate program updates and changes to caregivers and the ABA team to ensure consistency in care.</li><li>Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed, based on treatment plans.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.</li><li>Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.</li><li>Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates during team meetings.</li><li>Timely creation of reports, including progress reports, Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and assessments with support from the Assistant Director.</li><li>Attend patient IEP/placement meetings and ensure adherence to company policies regarding prescription fidelity.</li><li>Maintain accurate administrative tracking documents and ensure compliance with federal HIPAA regulations.</li></ul> What you must have:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to all stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to observe, document, and assess patient behavior accurately.</li><li>Capable of identifying and addressing potential safety concerns or behavioral issues proactively.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.</li><li>Tolerance for challenging behaviors, including aggressive and self-injurious actions, while maintaining a supportive and therapeutic environment.</li><li>Proficiency in using technology for data entry and maintaining patient records.</li><li>Commitment to delivering high-quality care and ensuring patient and caregiver satisfaction.</li></ul>Education & Experience<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.</li><li>Current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA licensure through the Psychology Board.</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.</li></ul>Physical & Environmental Requirements<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Work in various environments, including homes, ABA therapy centers, and community or outdoor settings.</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and physically assist patients as needed.</li><li>Must be able to assume a variety of physical postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, etc.) for extended periods.</li><li>Willingness to physically intervene when necessary, per the Behavior Intervention Plan, when working with patients with challenging behavior.</li><li>Manual dexterity required for data collection and interaction with electronic devices.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.</li><li>Ability to travel between job sites as needed.</li></ul> Other Information: Benefits<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Relocation and Sign On Bonus </li><li>Monthly bonus structure on top of base pay</li><li>Opportunity to grow</li></ul>If you're interested, please reply to this advertisement or directly email your resume to me at DSalgado@teemagroup.com or by calling/texting (949) 295-5951.I strive to reply within 48 hours.
