Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit platforms, stations, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at public transportation facilities and surrounding areas.
