Shift: Full Time, rotating shift Generally schedule would be7a-3p,7a-5p, or7a-7por a combination for 40h Rotating shifts May be scheduled 11A-7P, 3-11P, OR 11A-11P for all or part of a schedule. Overview The Surgical Assistant II works as a 1st or 2nd assistant to the surgeon and under the direction/supervision of that surgeon and in accordance with hospital policy and appropriate laws and regulations. The Surgical Assistant works as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team, collaborating with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
