Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, cleaning walls, glass, electrical boxes, switch gears, removing rubbish, performing overhead cleaning including pipes, air ducts, ceiling, cable trays and I-beams using extension poles, scaffolds, ladders and/or MEWP. Performing cleaning duties in confined spaces such as RMF (Raised Metal Floor), MAU (Make-up Air Unit) & working at heights over 20 feet while wearing a 20-30Lbs fall protection.
