The Salesforce System Analyst/Developer partners closely with clinicians, operational leaders and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable applications that support patient engagement, access, intake, scheduling, care coordination, population health initiatives, and service delivery. Working in a highly collaborative healthcare environment, the role contributes to the successful integration of Salesforce with the electronic health record, patient-facing digital tools, and other enterprise systems to create a connected experience for patients, families, providers, and staff.
