This position is responsible for the divisions monthly management reporting, including P&L and other key business reports, and works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, and developers to identify system issues, translate business requirements into system changes, coordinate testing, and improve workflows - with a particular focus on leading the ongoing initiative to integrate the FGS Portal with Odoo. Success in this position means being a reliable, independent bridge between the business and technology teams - proactively identifying gaps or issues, recommending practical solutions to management, and serving as a key internal resource for Odoo, AS400, the FGS Portal, reporting, data flow, and system integration, helping the division reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy, and make better use of its business systems.
