Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field of study, with minimum of 6 years of experience in building, offsite, or prefab construction, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Review and evaluate project specific designs, design intent, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements, contractual obligations, division of responsibilities and deliverables, and vendor availability to support strategic implementation of offsite construction.
