This role leads and supports the design, research and capital project management initiatives across North America for tissue machines, converting equipment, and mill utility systems, including detailed engineering design, scope definition, budget development and control, OEM/vendor coordination, bid package development and evaluation, construction support, commissioning, and startup. The position applies advanced knowledge of tissue manufacturing processes and electrical engineering to design, specify, and integrate complex systems such as DCS/ PLC-based controls, machine drives, QCS systems, web handling controls, and automated converting lines.
