Account Manager Position OverviewAs an Account Manager, youll serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery, contract renewal, and account growth for HVAC, plumbing, and controls solutions. Build long-term partnerships by addressing needs, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance facility efficiency and sustainability. Perform pipefitting and install and repair steam line, expansion joints, traps, regulators, bearings and valves. </li><li>Plan, implement and perform preventive maintenance on equipment. Inspect installed equipment for proper assembly of components and compliance with technical orders, blueprints, specifications, handbooks and established procedures.
