As the parent company to renowned brands like Blue Ox Heating & Air, Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Drains, and EarlyBird Electric, we bring decades of expertise and a commitment to legendary service to every home we serve. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities in accordance with project plans, electrical codes, and safety regulations.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine the layout and wiring requirements for installations and repairs.</li><li>Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, controls, fixtures, and equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, minimizing the risk of accidents and promoting a safe work environment for yourself and fellow team members.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate project requirements and ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Perform electrical inspections and tests to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the functionality and safety of electrical systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, and any additional project documentation as required.</li><li>Keep abreast of the latest electrical technologies, codes, and regulations, and implement best practices in your work.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions, concerns, or issues promptly.</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice electricians, supporting their skill development and knowledge acquisition.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Successful completion of an electrical apprenticeship program and attainment of Journeyman Electrician certification.</li><li>Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.</li><li>Thorough understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.</li><li>Proficient use of electrical tools and equipment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, depending on project requirements.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li></ul>Interpersonal Qualifications:<ul><li>Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small.</li><li>Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail.</li><li>Hold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity.</li></ul>Why You’ll Want to Work Here: At Legendary, we don't just talk the talk - we live our values every day.
