<b>Job Title: Apprenticeship Program Manager – Construction Craft Laborer (Non-Union)</b><br/><b>Location:</b> Branchburg, NJ<br/><b>Employment Type:</b> Full-Time<br/><b>Reports To:</b> Director, Regulatory Affairs<div align="center" style="text-align:center;margin-bottom:11px"><hr align="center"/></div><b>Position Summary</b><br/>We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Apprenticeship Program Manager to oversee our non-union Construction Craft Laborer Apprenticeship Program. This individual will manage all aspects of apprentice training, compliance, curriculum development, recruitment, contractor coordination, and day-to-day program operations. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, understands apprenticeship regulations, and is committed to developing the next generation of skilled laborers.<div align="center" style="text-align:center;margin-bottom:11px"><hr align="center"/></div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><b>Program Management</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Oversee the daily operations of the Construction Craft Laborer Apprenticeship Program.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Develop and maintain training schedules, class calendars, and jobsite rotation plans.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure all apprentices receive required on-the-job training (OJT) and related classroom instruction.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Maintain accurate apprentice records, evaluations, attendance, and progression documentation.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Coordinate and supervise instructors, trainers, and guest speakers.</li></ul><b>Compliance & Reporting</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure compliance with state and/or U.S. Department of Labor apprenticeship standards.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prepare and submit required documentation, audits, and progress reports.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Maintain apprentice registration, upgrade records, and certifications.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure curriculum and training content meet industry and regulatory standards.</li></ul><b>Apprentice Recruitment & Support</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Assist with applicant screening, interviewing, and selection.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Conduct onboarding orientation for new apprentices.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Monitor apprentice performance, provide coaching, and support retention.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Address conflicts, issues, or disciplinary matters as needed.</li></ul><b>Industry & Contractor Relations</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Serve as the primary contact for participating contractors, supervisors, and project managers.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Coordinate jobsite placements and ensure apprentices receive proper mentoring.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Build relationships with contractors, training partners, and community organizations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Promote the program at career fairs, schools, and workforce development events.</li></ul><b>Curriculum & Training Development</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Update and maintain classroom and hands-on training curriculum.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure quality instruction in safety, tools, equipment operation, materials handling, and laborer skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Integrate OSHA, first aid, and other industry-required certifications into training plans.</li></ul><div align="center" style="text-align:center;margin-bottom:11px"><hr align="center"/></div><b>Qualifications</b><br/><b>Required</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">3+ years of experience in construction (laborer, foreman, superintendent, safety, or similar role).</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong understanding of construction laborer tasks, tools, materials, and jobsite operations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with apprenticeship programs, workforce training, or construction education.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to manage administrative duties, reporting, and compliance documentation.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar recordkeeping systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Valid driver’s license and ability to visit jobsites or partner locations.</li></ul><b>Preferred</b><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prior experience managing a state or federally registered apprenticeship program.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">OSHA 30 certification.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience working with workforce development agencies or community colleges.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Teaching or instructor experience (any trade).</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.</li></ul><div align="center"
