Mortenson is currently seeking a Finance Compliance Manager-Prevailing Wage and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) to lead a team responsible for the company's prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance program for applicable construction projects, ensuring accurate pay classification, fringe benefit treatment, certified payroll support, and audit ready documentation in alignment with DavisBacon/DBRA requirements and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage and apprenticeship provisions. Partner with project teams to ensure compliant contract documents including pay determinations (classifications, base wage rates, fringes), for union and nonunion scenarios and multistate requirements.
