As a Roadway Lighting/Signal Electrician you will be required to perform all types of electrical work related to transportation lighting and signals.

(Elliot). </p><p>Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services. </p><h5>Job Description </h5><p>As a Roadway Lighting/Signal Electrician you will be required to perform all types of electrical work related to transportation lighting and signals. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities, you will be completing the following: </p><ul><li>Wiring </li><li>Bending, threading, EMT and rigid conduit </li><li>Troubleshooting and completing electrical circuits </li><li>Complete transformers, motor control, switchboards, and lighting applications </li><li>Reading blueprints, drawings, schematics, and other reference material </li><li>Receive and complete work orders </li><li>Capable of training Electrical apprentices </li><li>Able to work with minimal supervision </li><li>Operate tools and equipment according to company and OSHA safety procedures </li></ul><h5>Qualifications </h5><ul><li><strong>STATE</strong> electrical license is required </li><li>5+ years of experience recommended </li><li>Valid drivers license </li><li>Own your own hand tools </li><li>Proficiency with NEC and local codes </li><li>Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening </li></ul><h5>Benefits/Culture </h5><p>Today, we are listed among Engineering News-Records Top 150 Specialty Contracting firms.
