<h3>Description</h3><br/><div>The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, reading blueprints, and troubleshooting issues. The Electrician is also responsible for ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations, performing diagnostic tests, and managing projects. <br/><br/><strong>Key Considerations:</strong></div><ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. </li><li>This is a full-time position that requires field and on-site work.  </li><li>The position will be located at BCS365 Headquarters in Rockland, MA. </li><li>Reliable mode of transportation required. Valid driver's license required. </li><li>The schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. *Start/end times may vary due to client needs. </li><li><strong>Compensation Disclaimer:</strong> The pay range listed for this position is based on market data and reflects the company’s good faith estimate of what it reasonably expects to pay. Final compensation will be determined after a successful interview process and may be discussed in more detail during later stages. </li></ul><br/><h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3><br/><ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and malfunctions.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installations and repairs. </li><li>Perform diagnostic tests using various tools to identify and solve electrical issues.</li><li>Comply with all state, local, and national electrical codes and safety regulations, such as the National Electrical Code (NEC). </li><li>Conduct inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure safety and proper function. </li><li>Collaborate with various members from other departments on projects. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. </li><li>Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and junior staff. </li><li>Stay current with new electrical technologies, advancements and code revisions. </li></ul><br/><h3>Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications</h3><br/><ul><li>A valid electrician’s license, and an “S” designation indicating a specialization in certain systems. </li><li>Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience required</li><li>Completion of an electrician apprenticeship or a technical degree </li><li>Strong understanding of electrical theory, a variety of tools, and diagnostic equipment. </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Punctual</li><li>Capable of working in a team environment </li><li>Basic knowledge of telecommunications and data networks</li></ul><br/><h3>Perks & Benefits</h3><br/><ul><li>Insurance Coverage: Health, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D, Long-Term Disability, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness </li><li>Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holidays, Birthday) </li><li>401k Retirement Plan with Company Match </li><li>Peer-to-Peer Recognition </li><li>Learning and Development </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>Fun On and Off-Site Events </li><li>Referral Bonus Program </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li></ul>
