Tradeco Construction is seeking Apprentice Electricians to join our team.   Electrical Apprenticeship Training will be provided in the field and online.   Under general supervision of a Journeyman or Master Electrician, the apprentice electrician will: <ul><li> Install, maintain, and enhance commercial solar electrical systems and components </li><li> Bend, thread and install conduit </li><li> Install wiring, AC / DC disconnects & other solar equipment </li><li> Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components </li><li> Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints and standards </li><li> Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning </li><li> Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs </li><li> Comfort and familiarity with low and medium voltage installations </li></ul> Basic Qualifications: <ul><li> Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent </li><li> Valid drivers license </li><li> Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word </li></ul> Physical Requirements: <ul><li> Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. </li><li> Frequently pushing or pulling of cables up to 60 lbs. </li><li> Frequently climbing ladders up to 8 ft. </li><li> Frequently working/standing on ladders for long periods of time </li><li> Continuous standing </li><li> Frequently reaching above, below or at shoulder level </li><li> Frequently bending, twisting, or stooping </li><li> Frequently crouching or squatting </li><li> Be exposed to varying environments with moderate noise levels, nominal variations in heat and cold </li></ul>   Please apply today and a recruiter will reach out to you shortly.   Thank you again for your interest in Tradeco and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
