Restores assigned work sites to their original condition at the completion of work by removing tools, materials, and debris, drop cloths, and tarpaulins used during the project, returning furniture and equipment to their proper location, setting up equipment that had been dismantled, and coordinating the cleaning, painting, or replacing tile(s) and other structural effects through which holes have been cut. The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician performs skilled technical work in installing, maintaining, modifying, repairing, and removal of HVAC systems, devices, and related controls.
