Completion of a recognized course in institutional refrigeration and air conditioning may be substituted year for year for apprenticeship and experience, or equivalent, such as on-the-job training. Associates degree from an accredited trade school or completion of an associated trade specific apprentice program, (i.e., HVAC, Electrician, Steam Fitter, etc.
