Working with employers, faculty, academic leaders, workforce partners, students, and government agencies, the Director aligns noncredit and credit programs, leads curriculum and pathway development, supports Workforce Pell implementation, and oversees program data, reporting, quality, and continuous improvement. Summary: The Director of Apprenticeship and Work-Based Learning provides districtwide leadership for apprenticeship, work-based learning, and workforce education initiatives that respond to regional employer needs and expand pathways to credentials and employment.
