This role focuses on learning introductory concepts in Engineering with the focus on product engineering, including design for manufacturing and design for automation to optimize the efficiency of manufacturability of our machines in our Ripon manufacturing facility. Youth Apprentice will be able to get experience with these technologies using a Crawl-Walk-Run approach with job shadowing, hands-on experience, and team participation on industrial automation projects.
