WHAT YOU'LL DO: <ul><li>Be a presence in the community- Engage authentically in Tallo's Interest Groups, Challenge Champions, and community spaces. Respond to students, celebrate wins, spark conversations, and surface moments worth amplifying. This is real engagement, not scripted moderation. </li></ul> <ul><li>Turncommunity moments into visual stories-Spot compelling student stories and career milestones, then design them into shareable assets: winner spotlights, quote graphics, campaign visuals, and social-ready content. </li></ul> <ul><li>Design brand and campaign assets-Create visuals in Canva (and other tools) for community challenges, campaigns, and career-education content. Maintain brand consistency across formats and channels. </li></ul> <ul><li>Support video storytelling-Createand edit short-form video content that brings student stories to life.You should be comfortable on camera when the moment calls for it - whetherthat'sdemonstratinga feature, hosting a community segment, or capturing a behind-the-scenes clip. </li></ul> <ul><li>Contribute to the content waterfall-Help connect community challenge cycles to polished campaign assets - from student submissions to winner content to on-demand library visuals on Tallo.com. </li></ul> <ul><li>Collaboratecross-functionally-Partner with teammates across Marketing, Product, and Community - as well as our content, video, and social interns - to keep creative work cohesive and campaigns moving. </li></ul> Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. WHAT YOU NEED: <ul><li>Minimum high school diploma (or its equivalencyi.eGED) </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong visual design skills - you have a genuine eye for layout, typography, color, and brand consistency </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience with Canva (required); familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus </li></ul> <ul><li>Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content (CapCut, iMovie, etc.) </li></ul> <ul><li>Comfortable appearing on camera when needed - this role may involve hosting community moments, demos, or short clips </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience engaging in online communities - whether running a Discord, managing a club's social presence, or just being deeply online in the right ways </li></ul> <ul><li>Good at communicating (writing and talking) </li></ul> <ul><li>Can create a Tallo account and use it </li></ul> <ul><li>Ability to work40hoursa week </li></ul> <ul><li>Ability to cleara requiredbackground check. </li></ul> WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT: <ul><li>Visually fluent- You thinkinimages first. Job Summary:
Mesa Energy Systems has an immediate need for a Boiler Technician. The Boiler Technician follows preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, test and repairs all boiler controls and system components.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintain daily operations of boilers. </li><li>Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records. </li><li>Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment. </li><li>Perform monthly testing of all safeties. </li><li>Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers. </li><li>Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems. </li><li>Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.  </li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must have completed 4-year apprenticeship program or technical schooling </li><li>Must have 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience </li><li>Must be available for emergency call outs </li><li>Must be a team player and able to work with other trades and client’s staff. </li><li>Rule 1415 certified </li><li>EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens) </li><li>Valid driver's license in good standing </li></ul>#Mesa #LI-Mesa #LI-HVACjobs #LI-Onsite

Geographic Disclosure:
