The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership and guidance to Greystar team members and subcontractors, assisting them in planning, coordinating and executing their work to ensure that project deliverables are successful, and that the project is completed in a cost effective and timely manner. Prepares and distributes bid packages, reviews and evaluates bids and proposals from suppliers, vendors, and sub-contractors, develops, negotiates, and approves contracts for selected contractors, sub-contractors, and other service providers needed to complete the project work.
