This role translates complex data into clear insights that help the Growth team, executive leaders, finance and accounting, and Lines of Service partners make informed decisions and advance shared organizational growth priorities. The Associate Director of Growth, Data, & Research owns reporting, analytics, data governance, and data communications for fundraising, customer engagement, volunteerism, and other growth functions.
