You will serve as a trusted advisor to utility executives and partner to our Growth team, shaping large-scale opportunities and delivering innovative solutions that improve grid reliability, resilience, and performance while aligning closely to customer priorities, regulatory realities, and operational challenges.
Core responsibilities include designing and developing technical solutions that address real business problems, architecting cloud-native software using modern backend principles, and actively leading requirements-gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders. This individual is responsible for implementing best practices and modern software architecture patterns, and must stay current on the latest backend trends — including cloud-native development, microservices, API design, and the rapidly evolving space of agentic AI workflows.
