Working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, this position responds to service requests, completes preventive maintenance, prepares vacant apartments for move-in, and helps maintain the property's overall safety, appearance, and operation. This is a full-time, physically active position that may involve standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, safely operating tools, and working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
