The Project Manager supervises, trains, and develops union-represented skilled trades and janitorial staff; coordinates maintenance, janitorial operations, and projects; manages labor, subcontractors, supplies, and budgets; and serves as the primary liaison with the client. Coordinates maintenance, repair, and janitorial services involving building systems and facility care, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, cleaning, sanitation, floor care, waste removal, and related services.
