Education/Experience (Desired): Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience Construction/Engineering/Architectural degree a plus 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects required Datacenter experience is preferred Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirementComputer Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Proficient in PROCORECertificates and Licenses: No certificates or licenses requiredSupervisory Responsibilities: Supervise one or more Superintendent or Project Coordinator or Assistant PM or Project Manager or combination of various rolesPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
