Architectural Designer (Revit) - Bridgeport, WV - JOB 26-00340 Salary Range: $40k - $65k Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits Seeking an Architectural Designer for a leading Civil / Architectural Firm in the Bridgeport, WV area. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design Excellence: Leverage Revit and Lumion to transform stakeholder concepts into vivid 3D models and functional architectural plans. </li><li>Precision Drafting: Orchestrate the production of high-quality construction documents (CDs) and interior design specifications. </li><li>Code Mastery: Navigate building systems and local codes to ensure every project is safe, compliant, and sustainable. </li><li>Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineers to refine design calculations, review technical specs, and finalize design estimates. </li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master's (M.Arch.) is a major plus. </li><li>Experience: 1–3 years in an architecture/engineering firm. We are looking for someone who understands the rhythm of a professional studio. </li><li>Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Revit. Proficiency in Lumion or similar 3D visualization software is required. </li><li>Mindset: A blend of creative flair and technical discipline.
