Primary tasks will include project management skills from proposal to design to construction administration services. As a PM you will lead as the team's client contact, develop project budgets, schedules, oversee design, and overall project coordination. Current position available:Senior Project Manager / 12+ years' professional experienceQualifications:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Twelve (12) or more years of professional experience in a full-time setting managing architectural projects in a consulting environment.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Professional Degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited program</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Architecture licensure in Kentucky or must be able to become registered through reciprocity.</li><li style="line-height:normal">LEED accredited professional is a plus</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Marketing and business development experience is a plus</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Experience with higher-ed, corrections, and health care facilities projects is considered a plus</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Advanced knowledge of architectural programming, design, code review, estimating, construction document preparation, and construction administration.</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Experience leading a multi-discipline design team through all phases of a project.</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Ability to plan project resources, maintain schedules, and stay within budget.</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Experience guiding and mentoring architectural staff.</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with team members and other disciplines.</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">High level or organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Excellent time management skills.</li><li style="color:#000000;line-height:normal">Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Revit.</li></ul>Professional Growth Goals:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Establish specialized knowledge and skills in one or more project types. Overview:
 Execute assigned landscape projects through administrative, technical and managerial techniques to ensure their successful and timely completion within allocated budget. 

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Direction<ul><li>Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance.</li><li>Supervise work of all project personnel to ensure that it meets the highest professional standards.</li><li>Provide mentorship through counsel, guidance, and knowledge to junior staff.</li></ul>At the Operational and Company Level<ul><li>Assist with the marketing of the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Coordinate with other internal departments to meet project requirements.</li><li>Drive the profitability and growth of projects.</li><li>Engage in business development and client marketing.</li></ul>Do the Work<ul><li>Perform project development for complex projects, including public parks, residential areas, college campuses, walkways, and public spaces.</li><li>finalizing scope of projects, preparing bid summaries, preparing project budgets and cost estimates.</li><li>Prepare and direct preparation of designs, specification, plans, estimates and reports for projects.</li><li>Review job cost sheets and prepare monthly billings. Ensure assigned projects stay within budget allocation.</li><li>Ensure that project evolution and outstanding deliverables are achievable within budget per the agreed contract.</li><li>Maintain healthy client relationships and possess solid operational insight for driving projects and executing deliverables.</li><li>Assist in all components related to planning and completing projects.</li><li>Ensure functional project design to include arrangement of buildings, roads, walkways, flowers, shrubs, and trees within project environments.</li><li>Work with clients, staff, agency personnel, and others to ensure success of the project.</li><li>Prepare proposals and manage projects.</li><li>Understand client objectives and help them reach a successful outcome.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, or related discipline.</li><li>Registered Professional in field of expertise.</li><li>Seven or more (7+) years of experience within the A/E industry, preferably in design projects such as public parks, playgrounds, gardens, and development of other such community spaces.</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, 3D Modeling (Rhino or SketchUp), GIS/ArcView and Lumion.</li><li>Must hold a valid state driver's license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check.</li></ul>

Physical Demands and Working Environment:
<ul><li>Primarily indoor professional office environment, which can consist of possible bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic.</li><li>Mobility around an office environment.</li><li>Frequent and prolonged use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.</li><li>Some outdoor work environment and may be exposed to outside weather conditions, varying temperatures, excessive noise, and/or potential hazards.</li><li>Mobility around a job/construction site to include walking, bending, crawling, climbing, squatting, or kneeling and wearing of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Occasional lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds.</li><li>Occasional pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.</li><li>Occasional reaching outward or above shoulder.</li></ul>#LI-BJ1
