We practice servant leadership and believe that by focusing on the success of our clients, team members, and partners, we all achieve greater success.Credence has an immediate opening for an ISR Systems & Architecture Integration Analyst supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/A25).The Contractor shall serve as a senior technical advisor and action officer leading system integration and architecture development efforts across Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) data, systems, and architectures. This role focuses on advancing enterprise-level interoperability and modernization across the Theater Air Control System (TACS), Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), analysis, and targeting ecosystems to enhance mission effectiveness and enable accurate, timely intelligence for warfighters.Specific Support Tasks are as follows:<ul><li>The Contractor shall lead development and integration of multi-discipline ISR architectures, ensuring alignment across TACS, PED, targeting, and analysis enterprises. </li><li>The Contractor shall provide senior-level expertise in systems integration, enabling interoperability between AF DCGS, Air Force, Joint, DoD, and Coalition ISR platforms and capabilities. </li><li>The Contractor shall identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and non-materiel solutions, advising ACC leadership on adoption strategies to meet future mission requirements. </li><li>The Contractor shall analyze system performance, architectural gaps, and technical deficiencies, and develop recommendations to improve scalability, resilience, and mission effectiveness. </li><li>The Contractor shall lead or support analysis of alternatives (AoA), modeling and simulation efforts, and cost-benefit analyses for ISR system modernization and capability development. </li><li>The Contractor shall oversee development and maintenance of ISR architectural products, technical baselines, and data repositories, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for enterprise decision-making. </li><li>The Contractor shall support configuration baseline management, including governance forums that identify, prioritize, and codify ISR capability gaps and integration requirements. </li><li>The Contractor shall design and implement data-driven dashboards and visualization tools to track ISR tasks, RFIs, system performance, and architectural dependencies across multiple command echelons. </li><li>The Contractor shall develop empirical and qualitative assessments to inform senior leaders on the operational and programmatic impacts of technology integration, system changes, and architectural decisions. </li><li>The Contractor shall participate in and lead efforts within Joint C4ISR experimentation, system integration activities, and operational exercises, validating new architectures, technologies, and workflows. </li><li>The Contractor shall provide technical leadership in training and certification development, ensuring ISR systems and architectures are effectively integrated into operational training environments. </li><li>The Contractor shall support enterprise knowledge management, ensuring lessons learned, architectural insights, and integration strategies are captured and disseminated. </li><li>The Contractor shall contribute to strategic planning, implementation roadmaps, and enterprise integration strategies supporting ACC and Air Force ISR modernization efforts. </li><li>The Contractor shall provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding junior personnel and ensuring quality control of deliverables across assigned functional areas. </li><li>The Contractor shall identify risks, integration challenges, and system dependencies, and recommend innovative, data-driven solutions to improve ISR architecture performance and interoperability. </li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Primary duty location: HQ ACC (on-site). </li><li>Travel: Occasional CONUS travel to support integration efforts, exercises, and stakeholder coordination. </li><li>Security requirements: Compliance with all applicable TS/SCI system access, cybersecurity, and training requirements. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required. </li><li>Master’s degree (MA/MS) from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Intelligence Studies, or related discipline). </li><li>Minimum 10+ years of directly relevant experience in ISR systems, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, or DoD mission systems integration. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility or mission-critical programs, including oversight of junior personnel and delivery of complex technical solutions.</li><li>Experience with Air Force ISR systems (e.g., AF DCGS, TACS, PED, targeting systems) and Joint/Coalition integration environments. </li><li>Experience supporting analysis of alternatives (AoA), modeling and simulation, and system architecture design. </li><li>Strong understanding of data architectures, system interoperability, and digital engineering principles. </li><li>Experience supporting modernization initiatives and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, cloud, automation). </li><li>Proven ability to lead technical efforts, manage complex stakeholder environments, and deliver high-impact solutions. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-level briefings and technical documentation. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues. SPAs NATO Allied Command Transformation Group within JOID provides capability development, portfolio management, program management, quality management, cost estimation analysis, standardization, reporting, software solutions and information management, and capability management support. We also provide an improved capability requirements capture process, including the generation, documentation and tracing of user requirements, with appropriate technical scrutiny, over the entire lifecycle of the requirements from capability definition through capability realization and capability usage.  We have an immediate need for a Security Architecture Analyst to provide onsite support out of NATO Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia. #DICE

Responsibilities:
The Security Architecture Analyst will engage with stakeholders including NATO Headquarters bodies such as the Information and Communications Technology Office and NATO Office of Security (NOS) including, on as required basis, attendance at the NATO Security Accreditation Board (NSAB). This work will be critical to the broader effort to implement NATO’s Digital Backbone ensuring coherence of the CS capability across the large number of capability areas and programs that will constitute the Backbone. The candidate will perform management of security aspects of CIS programs (including projects), typically involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. The candidate will define, document, and carry out security aspects within programs and projects (typically greater than six months with strategic impact) in a diverse team environment, actively participating in all phases. They will identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the program from the security perspective. They will manage agreement in the security approach with stakeholders and prepare the security inputs to plans (including input to budget, quality, risk, and communications plans). Where specific security projects are initiated, activities are tracked against the schedule and stakeholder involvement and managed as appropriate. The candidate will monitor costs, timescales, and resources used, and take action where any security projects deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure that own projects within a program are formally closed and that lessons learned are addressed.

Qualifications:
Required: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of function-related experience OR a Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 4+ years of post-related experience.</li><li>Demonstrable practical experience in programs on security design and/or implementation of CIS/ICT typically involving business change through an architectural approach within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.</li><li>The Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) awarded Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) qualification or equivalent recognized qualifications acceptable to NATO, including national military equivalents.</li><li>Demonstrable security domain knowledge of information technology solutions and change management as part of a wider Digital Transformation endeavour.</li><li>Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in team environments (both as a contributor and a leader).</li><li>Proficient as a minimum with Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 or equivalent.</li><li>Active National and/or NATO Secret (or above) security clearance.</li><li>Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.</li></ul>Desired:<ul><li>Demonstrable Program or Project Management experience (Managing Successful Programs (MSP) or Prince II preferred)</li><li>Experience working in NATO at the strategic level.</li><li>NATO CIS experience.</li><li>Broad knowledge of CIS capabilities and Innovation.</li><li>Broad experience working with military/public at the strategic level.</li><li>Master's degree.</li><li>Experience with Visio and MS Project.</li></ul>
