Role Summary Lead the design and execution of enterprise data archiving solutions using OpenText InfoArchive, working closely with business and technical teams to archive structured and unstructured data and support application retirement initiatives. Key Responsibilities         Design and implement data archiving solutions using OpenText InfoArchive         Gather requirements, document architecture, create detailed designs, estimate effort, and define implementation plans         Expertise in table, record, file, and compound business record archiving         Hands on experience with Oracle and SQL Server, strong RDBMS and query management skills         Monitor archiving batches, dashboards, reports, and retention policy compliance         Act as point of contact for access to archived legacy data         Coordinate with Application team on timelines and dependencies         Prepare and maintain SOPs, training materials, and project documentation         Identify risks/issues and support change management processes Required Experience & Skills           10%2B years in enterprise archiving, data governance, or data platforms           Strong experience with OpenText InfoArchive 24.x and AppBuilder           ETL and data modeling using SIP, XML, PDI         Product Installation : Hands-on experience in installing InfoArchive components either On-prem or Cloud. Client has cloud based InfoArchive.         Product Understanding : Should have worked on Postgres based InfoArchive which client is currently using.         Should be able to take right decisions on solutioning approaches           Reconciliation, validation automation, and audit design           Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL           Object storage: AWS S3           Proven experience leading data archiving initiatives           Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills           Experience working with global, distributed team

This is a part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week). Hours need to be worked Monday through Friday and within the window of 7:30am-6:00pm.Primary Position Responsibilities:<table><tbody><tr><td>·        Perform cataloging, classification, processing, and maintenance activities for library and archival collections.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Assist with maintaining and updating the collection management system to support accurate and complete records.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Assist with reference inquiries and research visits.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Support WLM programs and services.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Digitize collection materials and create metadata to support discovery and preservation.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Assist with scheduled inventories of library collections, rare book room collections, and archival materials.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Protect and preserve collections in accordance with best practices and organizational procedures.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Rehouse and label materials for preservation and accessibility.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Adhere to institutional policies and professional ethical standards.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Maintain collection areas in a neat and organized manner.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Ability to perform work in alignment with ASA core values: Dedication, Collaboration, Commitment to Excellence, Continuous Improvement.</td></tr></tbody></table>Position Qualifications:<table><tbody><tr><td>·        High school or vocational degree required with some experience supported by on-the-job training.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Minimum 1 year of professional training or work experience in library cataloging and knowledge of archival principles and operations.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Familiarity with digitization, cataloging workflows, metadata standards, and the born-digital archival lifecycle.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Experience working with a foundation or non-profit organization preferred.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Ability to perform repetitive work and attention to detail is necessary.</td></tr><tr><td>·        Excellent team player who fosters teamwork, personal responsibility, integrity, innovation, trust, and communication.</td></tr></tbody></table>ASA Benefits:This position is a part-time position and is benefits ineligible.ASA Compensation Philosophy:ASA conducts market analysis of its positions, ensuring the compensation is comparable with jobs of the same level, skills, and abilities.
