Teach assigned courses (e.g., Electronics Technology, Drafting and Design, Building Construction Management) in in-person, following the approved syllabus and program learning outcomes • Prepare and deliver dynamic lectures, labs, and project sessions with a focus on practical applications • Develop, grade, and provide timely feedback on assignments, quizzes, exams, and capstone projects • Hold regular office hours (virtual or in-person) to mentor students and promote inclusive learning environments • Submit mid-term and final grades by university deadlines • Utilize the institution's Learning Management System, (Canvas) for course delivery and communication • Maintain academic integrity, adhere to Langston University policies, and participate in departmental assessments as needed • Collaborate with full-time faculty on curriculum enhancements and student advising. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) At least four months of teaching experience (lecture) as instructor of record or the equivalent in a US academic setting Demonstrated ability to teach at the college level, with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Expertise in one or more areas of electrical engineering circuits, electronics, Computer Aided drafting/design, construction methods, signals & systems, IoT, or control systems.
