What You’ll Do: Design with Purpose: Transform business and marketing goals into visually exciting and easy-to-understand designs that are aligned with the Surya brand and resonate with our customers. Collaborate & Innovate: Develop and execute design solutions that are creative, effective, and strategically aligned with company priorities, all while staying within budget and meeting deadlines. Support Sales & Marketing: Update and enhance sales materials, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and data visuals, ensuring they align with Surya's branding. Brand Evolution: Play a key role in the ongoing development of Surya’s visual identity, helping the brand evolve and stay fresh. Coordinate Production: Work closely with vendors and internal teams to define project scope, coordinate production needs, and ensure the timely delivery of all design assets. What We’re Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in both print and digital media , ideally in a creative team environment. Experience with B2B marketing is a plus. Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills in imagery, typography, layout, and branding. Software Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Acrobat) on a Mac OSX platform. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus. Attention to Detail: A perfectionist at heart, you’ll ensure every design project meets Surya’s high standards and delivers the best quality. Salary Range: $350.00 - $400.00 (weekly)This position is responsible for: Planning, coordinating and directing the functions of the Conservatory Creative Arts program; ensures the quality of programs and safety of youth at all times; provides guidance and role modeling to youth and ensures safety and a positive experience for campers.Key Responsibilities:• Guides the work of dance and drama instruction in helping children and youth to succeed in school by increasing their involvement and motivation and helping them to set personal goals.• Provides training and development of camper for dance, drama, public speaking, performance and service learning.• Provides appropriate lessons for instruction time.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Some physical requirements of the Camp Creative Arts Instructor position could be endurance including climbing, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to manipulate equipment and activities are required. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate camper activities/programs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Have a willingness to live in a camp setting and work irregular hours delivering a program in the facility available.
