And you will do meaningful work that makes a difference for our students as you:<ul><li>Implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.</li><li>Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.</li><li>Utilize direct instruction techniques to guide our students through a variety of activities designed to promote the social, physical and intellectual growth that is needed for primary school success!</li><li>Assist in assessing changing curricular needs and offers plans for improvement.</li><li>Maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures.</li><li>Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis.</li><li>Collaborate with peers to enhance the instructional environment.</li><li>Model professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers, and community.</li><li>Ensure that student growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for age group, subject area, and/or program classification.</li><li>Participate in training and staff meetings.</li><li>Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring schedules and coordinating meetings as needed.</li><li>Evaluate each student's learning capabilities and celebrate student accomplishments.</li><li>Encourage students to uphold our values and model mature behavior and good character in the classroom, on the school campus, and throughout their lives.</li><li>Be active in the role when light lifting, sitting, standing, moving throughout the campus and traveling to other campuses as required.
