Fundraising and Revenue Generation: In collaboration with the Development Committee, lead and execute comprehensive fundraising and revenue strategies, including major gifts, corporate and governmental grants, special events, membership, sponsorships, earned revenue, and annual giving, to diversify and increase revenue. At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management, arts administration, business administration, or a related field, with demonstrated knowledge of and engagement in the arts and experience working effectively with a governing board.
