A Day In the Life Of:
<ul><li>Answer phone calls, emails, and texts, obtaining details to schedule patients correctly and respond to requests</li><li>Enter information accurately into the practice management system</li><li>Contact patients to fill open appointments and document contacts made and received</li><li>Follow up with patients as needed</li><li>Receive and post payments accurately</li><li>Pay attention to grammar and spelling in texts, emails, letters, etc.</li><li>Experience with social media management of a business account is a plus</li></ul>Some workdays may be in a satellite office location (transportation provided)

What You'll Bring To The Table:

A Day In the Life Of:
<ul><li>Chairside assisting to the doctors</li><li>Changing arch wires</li><li>Indirect bonding of brackets</li><li>Bonding aligner attachments</li><li>Checking aligner and retainer fit</li><li>Instrument sterilization</li><li>Laboratory duties</li><li>Taking intraoral photographs, x-rays, and digital scans</li><li>Explaining procedures and giving instructions to patients</li><li>Accurately documenting visits in patients’ electronic records</li></ul>*Some workdays in satellite offices with transportation provided from our main office*
