This includes leadership of the marching band (fall semester) and pep band (spring semester), as well as oversight of recruitment, student experience, staffing, and operations. This position serves as the primary leader for a highly visible, student-centered program that supports institutional goals related to enrollment, student engagement, campus life, and community presence.
