li>Creates and installs high craft interior and window displays, responsible for clean de-installation; maintains cleanliness and organization of back of house display areas and takes ownership of maintenance and repairs on the sales floor. The Display Artist collaborates with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create an emotionally engaging environment, developing two- & three-dimensional displays that reflect the customer''s appreciation of discovery, creativity, diversity, and authenticity.

In 2005 after specializing in all areas of lash application from individual, clusters, fibers strip lashes, etc, she discovered that there was nothing in the market that provided women with the look of natural lashes and the style and flare of strip lashes.
In close collaboration with Capture Manager, Lead Solution Architect, Orals Coach, and Lead Graphic Artist, lead and guide presentation creation, including strawman/outline development, slide content/layout drafting, integration of capture intelligence, integration of win themes and strategies, graphic look/style development, and periodic technical and substantive reviews. Manage all aspects of proposal/orals slides lifecycle activities, including pre-proposal planning, kickoff meetings, schedule development and enforcement, compliance, action/issue tracking, writing instructions, and team guidance.
You will oversee a team and drive cross-functional efforts supporting Blocks portfolio of brands including Square, Cash App, Afterpay, Tidal, Bitkey, Proto, and AI initiatives while helping shape regulatory frameworks and innovative uses of AI to advance the companys impact. Translate Block''s purpose into narratives that resonate with legislators, regulators, and the public: stories about sellers growing their businesses, unbanked consumers gaining financial agency, and the communities that benefit when innovation and access go hand in hand.
