The Specialty Artist - MAC is a champion of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently by performing the following duties and responsibilities of the position (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned): Performance • Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), omni-channel, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty. • Serve as an Ulta Beauty and MAC brand ambassador with all store associates, brand partners, and guests by sharing product knowledge, makeup application techniques, information on makeup trends, and MAC consciousness programs and philosophies, including the "Back to MAC" program.
In close collaboration with Capture Manager, Lead Solution Architect, Orals Coach, and Lead Graphic Artist, lead and guide presentation creation, including strawman/outline development, slide content/layout drafting, integration of capture intelligence, integration of win themes and strategies, graphic look/style development, and periodic technical and substantive reviews. Manage all aspects of proposal/orals slides lifecycle activities, including pre-proposal planning, kickoff meetings, schedule development and enforcement, compliance, action/issue tracking, writing instructions, and team guidance.
You will oversee a team and drive cross-functional efforts supporting Blocks portfolio of brands including Square, Cash App, Afterpay, Tidal, Bitkey, Proto, and AI initiatives while helping shape regulatory frameworks and innovative uses of AI to advance the companys impact. Translate Block''s purpose into narratives that resonate with legislators, regulators, and the public: stories about sellers growing their businesses, unbanked consumers gaining financial agency, and the communities that benefit when innovation and access go hand in hand.
