What matters most is your ability to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.</p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a <strong>BIKE ASSEMBLER</strong>.  In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing bicycles to ensure they meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a passion for working with tools and mechanical components. This position requires a commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as a customer-focused approach to deliver the best possible product. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering a high-quality product.</p><h1>RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul><li>Commit to delivering the highest level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.</li><li>Assemble bicycles, bike components, and install accessories according to specifications, ensuring all components are properly aligned and securely attached.</li><li>Assemble car racks and other large accessories as needed.</li><li>Inspect assembled bikes to confirm that they meet quality and safety standards.</li><li>Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed during the assembly process.</li><li>Test bicycles for functionality and stability before final approval.</li><li>Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.</li><li>Report any issues or defective parts to the supervisor promptly.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies.</li><li>Have confidence working with suspension systems and hydraulic systems</li></ul><h1>QUALIFICATIONS</h1><ul><li>A positive, pitch-right-in attitude with an ability to engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.</li><li>An affinity for bicycles and the cycling industry.</li><li>Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.</li><li>Physical ability to lift and move bicycles and other heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Prior bike mechanic experience is preferred, but not required.</li></ul><p/><p><em>We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) Employer.
