Minimum of 3 years of experience in a humanitarian context, preferably in programme implementation, coordination, or information management; Minimum of 3 years of experience in establishing and operating effective referral information management systems, processes, and pathways; Minimum of 3 years facilitating technical trainings and workshops related to information management, safe identification and referrals; Experience in qualitative data analysis, including experience in conducting KIIs, and FGDs; Experience in engagement, coordination and formation of partnerships with external stakeholders including governmental and non-governmental organizations, UN agencies and others; Knowledge and years of experience in operating and utilizing the Referral Information Management System (RIMS), technical troubleshooting, is an asset; Experience in MEAL, information management, or protection programming; Prior experience in developing programme implementation workplans, and programme reporting; Knowledge of developing and presenting programme-related support materials (e.g., presentations, surveys and snapshots, etc.); Excellent written and oral communication skills, effective in presentation and liaison with external parties; Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail; Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility; Previous experience in developing analysis, and statistical figures; Personal qualities: Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well; Fluency in English and Arabic required; High computer literacy. Programme Management, Grant Implementation and Reporting: Lead the implementation of the referral systems: Understand and follow up on activities, assess progress of implementation, and provide solutions while reporting issues when needed; Ensure timely, accurate, and well-written donor reports and other reporting requirements (including donor reports and Activity Info); Monitor progress against indicators and ensure achievement of targets in line with donor requirements; Contribute to proposal development, fundraising efforts, and identification of funding opportunities; Partnerships, Coordination and Governance: Oversee the partnership portfolio pertaining to referral systems and ensure consistent engagement with external stakeholders; Lead the process of partner enrolment, including needs assessments, data sharing agreements, and data protection discussions; Coordinate and manage day-to-day partner follow-up, including personalised support and system utilization; Engage stakeholders in the development and enhancement of referral systems and pathways; Support and participate in governance structures, including coordination meetings.
